We will prepare of Tender documentation to the client’s and user requirements including preparation and compilation of Contract Documentation incorporating post tender changes.

This also includes documentation for Expressions of Interest/Prequalification.
We also develop of General Conditions of Contract in conjunction with the client’s legal personnel to suit client’s operation and perform of independent audits on documentation prepared by others.

   
Management of Tender Evaluation Process
   
 

We can assist in the management of the tender evaluation process from the time of tender until award. This includes attendance at meetings with tenderers and assistance with the evaluation of tenders using an agreed weighted matrix scoring system.

Assistance with Contract Management including Resolution of Contractual Claims
Assistance with all facets of contract management of existing contracts including contract administration, identification of risks related to time and cost such as variations, claims, extension of time, prolongation/acceleration claims and forecasting.

This includes assistance with resolution of claims for variation by the Contractor and the development of strategies for resolution of the claims and assistance with contracts that have gone ‘off the tracks’ or are not running smoothly for whatever reason.
